Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

1. Policy Statement

HYPPE TECH LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and preventing the use of our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities. This KYC/AML Policy outlines our procedures for customer identification, transaction monitoring, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We strictly prohibit and actively prevent the use of our services for any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

2. Customer Identification and Verification

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

All customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name or company name
  • Valid email address
  • Business address (for corporate accounts)
  • Contact information
  • Purpose of account usage

2.2 Enhanced Due Diligence

We reserve the right to request additional verification for:

  • High-value transactions
  • Accounts with unusual activity patterns
  • Customers from high-risk jurisdictions
  • Accounts flagged by our risk assessment systems

3. Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Policies

3.1 Blockchain Screening

We employ advanced blockchain analytics and screening tools to:

  • Identify and block deposits from addresses associated with illicit activities
  • Screen for connections to darknet markets, ransomware, and other criminal enterprises
  • Detect mixing services, tumblers, and privacy-enhancing protocols used to obscure fund origins
  • Monitor for sanctions violations and OFAC-listed addresses

3.2 Prohibited Sources

We DO NOT accept deposits from:

  • Cryptocurrency addresses flagged for fraudulent activities
  • Accounts associated with hacking or theft incidents
  • Darknet marketplaces or illegal services
  • Mixing services or anonymity-enhanced cryptocurrencies
  • Sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Addresses linked to terrorist financing
  • High-risk exchanges without proper KYC/AML procedures

3.3 Customer Responsibility and Liability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Company is NOT responsible or liable for:

  • Funds that are frozen, blocked, or confiscated due to connections with illicit activities
  • Loss of access to accounts due to violation of this policy
  • Reporting of suspicious activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Delays or rejections of deposits from flagged addresses
  • Any consequences arising from customer's use of fraudulent or illegally obtained cryptocurrencies

4. Transaction Monitoring

4.1 Automated Monitoring Systems

We employ sophisticated monitoring systems that:

  • Track all transactions in real-time
  • Flag suspicious patterns or unusual activities
  • Monitor for structuring or layering attempts
  • Identify rapid movement of funds
  • Detect attempts to circumvent limits or controls

4.2 Red Flag Indicators

Activities that may trigger enhanced review include:

  • Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
  • Rapid account funding followed by immediate usage
  • Inconsistent transaction patterns with stated business purpose
  • Use of anonymizing technologies or VPNs from high-risk regions
  • Attempts to evade monitoring or provide false information

5. Reporting and Compliance

5.1 Regulatory Reporting

We comply with all applicable reporting requirements, including:

  • Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to FinCEN
  • Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) when applicable
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
  • Compliance with court orders and subpoenas

5.2 Information Sharing

We may share customer information with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other financial institutions as required by law or to prevent financial crimes.

6. Account Restrictions and Termination

6.1 Immediate Account Actions

We reserve the right to immediately and without prior notice:

  • Freeze accounts suspected of illicit activity
  • Reject or reverse suspicious transactions
  • Terminate accounts violating this policy
  • Report suspicious activities to authorities
  • Withhold funds pending investigation

6.2 No Refund Policy for Violations

WARNING: Funds associated with policy violations, fraudulent activities, or illegal sources may be frozen indefinitely and will NOT be refunded. Such funds may be turned over to law enforcement authorities.

7. Customer Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Only use funds from legitimate sources
  • Not use our services for any illegal purposes
  • Cooperate with any verification requests
  • Report any suspicious activities you become aware of
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all account activities

8. Sanctions Compliance

We maintain strict compliance with international sanctions programs, including:

  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions
  • UN Security Council sanctions
  • EU sanctions regimes
  • Other applicable national and international sanctions

Customers from sanctioned countries or appearing on sanctions lists will be denied service immediately.

9. Record Keeping

We maintain comprehensive records of all customer identifications, transactions, and communications for a minimum of five years or as required by applicable law. These records may be provided to law enforcement or regulatory authorities upon request.

10. Training and Awareness

Our team receives regular training on AML/KYC compliance, including identification of suspicious activities, proper reporting procedures, and updates to relevant laws and regulations.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, industry best practices, or our internal procedures. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

HYPPE TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM:

  • Customer's use of funds from fraudulent or illegal sources
  • Account freezing or termination due to policy violations
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
  • Rejection of transactions from flagged sources
  • Any actions taken to comply with applicable laws and regulations
